Not having to get dressed, travel to a location, and arrive at an appropriate time takes a lot of stress off an individual that works and has children. Being able to communicate one on one with your instructor privately and online resources at your fingertips like the library are other differences. However just like everything else with benefits, there must also be some obstacles. Some challenges I see to online learning include self-discipline, new technology, and time management skills.
